Around the IJseelmeer with the three-masted barquentine
sailing and cycling (7 overnights)
The round trip begins in Amsterdam and leads along the IJsselmeer coast. The cozy historic towns, Polderland and inland villages are linked by excellent cycle paths. You will see Monnickendam, Hoorn and Enkhuizen, old trading towns from the "Golden" 17th century.
On the eastern side of the IJsselmeer you will visit the provinces of Friesland and Flevoland with the former islands of Urk and Schokland. After a visit to Enkhuizen, the ship returns to Amsterdam on full sail on the last day. Here you have time to visit the beautiful capital of the Netherlands.
On the cycling and sailing trips with the three-mast bar curious leafde fan Fryslân daily bike tours are guided: The local German speaking guide shows you the most beautiful towns and villages, guides you through varied, water-dominated landscapes and has many tips ready. If you wish, you can also use the detailed maps to drive individually. You are welcome to assist with sailing, navigation and sailing under the guidance of our experienced crew. Sailing experience is not required.
